garlic aioli recipe

I love a good condiment. They keep food from tasting too dry, add an extra element of flavor, and the variety of options is endless. After several messy and failed attempts at replacing my bottles of condiments in the fridge with homemade versions, I finally accepted that Heinz and Hellman's will not have to worry about losing me as a customer. If you are someone that all of your condiments from scratch, I humbly bow to you and am envious of the neatly labeled jars of homemade spreads you most likely have in your fridge.

While my list of homemade condiments is small, they are mighty, and one of my favorites is garlic aioli. It’s just five ingredients (most of which I typically have on hand) and five minutes of prep. And when you tell someone the meal you’ve made them is served with homemade aioli, it instantly sounds ten times fancier.
